Steve (didn't write down his last name), who is a mechanic in town. He'd just run an ad in the TC and has a plowing service now. I didn't end up needing him but his rates seemed reasonable, especially since in our case he'd have to plow and entire street, not just a driveway. His phone number is 2239.

Handyman:

Engineer/Architect: I’d promised you a referral for an engineer/architect we recently used.  Jim Marsh (951 658-4733), who’s located in Hemet (27431 Dartmouth St.), was incredibly competent, fair, punctual, and professional, plus he has a great personality.  Ya, he’s not “on” the Hill, but he seems to know it like the back of his hand.  He grabbed our project and ran with it from inception, to new ideas, and through the county, keeping us appraised of what had been completed, what needed to be done, and when we could anticipate the  next step’s completion.  Our project was a new deck, which unfortunately couldn’t make it though the country review (and therefore get a permit)  because of where our septic tank was located.  That was no fault of Jim’s and he actually stopped the process in time to save us several hundred bucks.  Should other IPN’ers need an engineer/architect for modifications to their own local slice of heaven, we couldn’t recommend Jim more highly(per Mike and Ronnie D)
